Homes are manufactured and modular homes that offer great versatility in a smaller floor plan

Modular Homes

Customizable prefab homes that are built to local or state code. In most cases, this is the IRC code.

Double Wide

Most common type of factory-built home. They are built by joining two sections to create a larger home.

With a passion for excellence, Beth Ann loves being a part of a team that always strives to put customers first. Married to Ryan and proud parents of their son, Garrison, Beth Ann enjoys the sense of community and commitment at Magnolia Estates, ensuring every customer feels valued and well-cared for.

John Owen Upshaw

J.O. Upshaw, an Ole Miss alumnus with a passion for engineering and a solid background in accounting and business administration, has a deep dedication to Ole Miss sports and the manufactured housing industry, a field where the family has made a mark for three generations. The journey in this industry began at Clayton Homes, where skills were honed as a process improvement coordinator and assistant production manager. There, J.O. learned the ins and outs of manufacturing efficiency and management, which are now brought to the current role as Vice President, ensuring quality homes are delivered to customers. The commitment is to continue the family legacy by providing affordable, sustainable, and innovative housing solutions.

Gerald Mims, Regional Manager

Gerald Mims, a man of strong faith and an unwavering commitment to excellence, brings over a decade of experience to Magnolia Estates. His journey began in sales, where he discovered the art of understanding clients’ dreams and needs. As he transitioned to store management, Gerald’s leadership ensured seamless operations and delighted customers.

Jordan Bryan

Jordan is a native Mississippian with a penchant for pleasing, learning, and doing things properly. With just over a year in the insurance sphere and five years of experience working closely with customers in retail spaces and leading teams in hobby and educational spaces, Jordan brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the role.
As an insurance agent, Jordan’s goal is simple: to provide the best option for quality insurance and offer clarity on questions regarding policies, the companies represented, and their coverages. Security for clients and their loved ones is a top priority.
Believing in the idea of balance, Jordan spends time outside of work immersing in the gym, running trails, or engaging in friendly competition in the gaming world. Staying both mentally and physically active is important to this Ole Miss graduate.
